How is your program different from those that don't work?
Many programs facilitate the loss of water and muscle mass—and muscle mass is exactly what you DON’T want to lose. We target the root of the problem—fat—equipping you to lose weight permanently.
Do I have to eat pre-packaged foods?
Absolutely not! We teach you how to shop for smart food at your local grocery store.
Is there really such a thing as sustainable weight loss?
Yes. Once you understand the difference between burning sugar and burning fat, you are empowered to control your weight for the rest of your life.
How long is your program and what results can I expect?
In just six weeks our patients usually lose at least 25 pounds of fat and 20-25 total body inches.
Is this program doctor supervised?
Each weekly appointment is under the full supervision of a doctor on staff.
Will insurance cover your program?
In most cases, your health savings account (HSA) benefits can be applied to the cost of this doctor-supervised program.

What's the difference between losing weight and losing fat?
When you lose weight, you’re often left with diminished muscle mass, low-energy and saggy skin. On the contrary, when you lose fat you shrink, tighten and feel energetic. In many cases you’ll be able to safely stop taking blood pressure and other medications. And best of all, you’ll be equipped to keep the weight off forever.
